Does the iCard work with my phone?

If you have a smartphone, the answer is almost certainly yes. All iPhones models XR and later (September 2018) and about 90% of the Android phones have NFC enabled, which is the technology we use for iCard. Does smartphones need an app to use this technology?

No, it's as simple as tap and go. As this technology is similar to Apple and Android Pay, 9/10 phones are now compatible with all of the iCard features.

Where do I add my logo/design?

Before purchase, you can design your card at Canva.com's business card section. The process is very easy and you can just drag and drop your logo and other design elements until you are satisfied with the card design. Once you're done, just download the images to your computer or phone and after purchasing the iCard you will be able to upload the pictures for your order.

What is the iCard made of?

The iCard is made of premium plastic that can be recycled up to eight times. The chip inside is made of various materials and usually lasts for at least a few years.

How does the iCard work?

Every iCard has a chip inside that wirelessly sends your information to a phone. When you tap the card on a compatible phone, the information on the card get's automatically sent. For older smartphone devices that do not have NFC compatibility, you can use a QR code.

Can I update the information on my iCard?

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time within Europe once shipped can take up to 2 to 5 working days. For international orders please be patient, it may take 5 to 15 business days. NOTE: We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 so shipping might take longer. We thank you for your patience! Since we use Post envelopes to ship our products, there is no tracking available for purchases. Please contact us at [email protected] if you haven't received your order within 30 days.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

There is no subscription fee to use our cards after your initial purchase.
