Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we ensure to take every possible step to make that happen. But if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with an item you purchased through the website, we accept returns and offer replacements subject to the terms and conditions herein this policy.


Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement. You understand that shipping and insurance charges are not refundable as well.


Acceptable Return Details:

We accept product returns for a replacement if any of the following conditions are met:


  • Incorrect Order Received:
    If the products you have received are fundamentally different from the products you have ordered (e.g. incorrect customization)


  • Damages and issues:
    If a product is defective your order will be either replaced or refunded. All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours from the time of receiving your order with photo proofs. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken.


  • Refunds:
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to not only process but post the refund as well.
